What information do you require to provide me with a quote?
In order for us to provide you with an accurate quotation, please provide us with estimated group size, approximate travel dates and desired routing and tour inclusions.

How long in advance should we reserve our coach?
We recommend booking your coach a minimum of 30 days prior to service. For peak season (May through September), we recommend 60 days notice.

What are Sunset Tours charter rates?
Rates vary based on vehicle size and time of year. We will be more than happy to provide you with a quote based on your transportation requirements.

When and how can we pay?
We require full payment of all services 16 days prior to departure. We accept company checks, bank drafts, Visa and MasterCard.

May we request a certificate of insurance from Sunset Tours?
Of course, we would be pleased to provide you with this information.

May we serve alcoholic beverages on board the coaches?
Consumption of alcohol on our coaches will be permitted provided certain conditions are met.

Is smoking permitted on board the coaches?
